Okay, I've changed the title here. The reason being that my original title, Cliche City only works if you're going for a heavy handed parody, and to parody something as already over-the-top as Sin City, you'd have to achieve Mad Magazine levels of spoofing, with gags in every panel and puns in every talk-bubble. I haven't done that. Let's just say it's a story in the manner of Sin City. Even a Sin City Homage. As Robert Rankin says, "It's a good word, 'homage', it means 'ripoff'."
